March 3rd - 2022: Talking Together Uncomfortably

I will be honest with you.

I always have been, and probably always will be, uncomfortable and scared of talking or presenting something to a group of people, even if it is small. Be it a speech, a powerpoint, a new product or my own work, whatever, I cannot stand having to talking about this kind of stuff.

I enjoy having a conversation spontaneously when it is needed or fits into the day, as its free, calm, informal and friendly, but when its a planned set amount of time where I have to cram a certain amount of information as well as answer questions, and deal with that burning feeling of judgement from the many pairs of eyes that watch me intently or uninterestingly.
