So, they have been printed, as I have said in previous post(s), so now the next stage has to begin, the displaying of the work, the exhibiting of my work.
Since my original plan for displaying my work (shown below) feel through due to certain "safety precautions" of my college, I will not be able to run my comics down a long will like I had originally planned. So, after a rethink and a redesign on the same white-blueprint (get it, cause its white and not blue, hahahahah...he he...hee...., nevermind) that I had made, and have gone with that!
Aside from the change of location, orientation and arrangement have changed, the process and choice of how I am mounting the pieces for displacement, has not changed. Today I have managed to cut/crop and attach my prints onto foam-core-board, so that they are easily moveable and less likely to be damaged in transportation/handling (as well, the prints also stay flat and unbent).
This was difficult challenge as I had never mounted any artwork onto foam-core-board before using spray-mount. It was tricky to get a hand of at first, but became a lot easier once I had learnt the technique and stopped using a can of the spray-mount that was a year out of date. Oops.
